Of the 182,992 citizens living in Cass County in 2021, 77.3% were old enough to vote, equating to 141,510 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 71,745 were male, constituting 50.7%, and 69,765 were female, making up 49.3%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Cass County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 76.1%.
